By accessing or placing an order on our website (yas.myshopify.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

YAS is a Kenyan-registered business supplying premium international consumer goods including beauty products, personal care items, pantry essentials, and baby care products.

•       All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable

•       Prices are subject to change without prior notice

•       Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product

•       YAS reserves the right to limit quantities of any product per order

•       We make every effort to ensure stock availability is accurate, but we cannot guarantee all listed items are in stock at the time of your order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

•       You are at least 18 years of age

•       You are authorised to use the payment method provided

•       The delivery information you have provided is accurate and complete

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. YAS reserves the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.

You agree not to:

•       Use our website for any unlawful purpose

•       Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

•       Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews

•       Resell products purchased from YAS without prior written consent

All content on this website including logos, images, product descriptions, and graphics are the property of YAS or its suppliers and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, YAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

YAS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
