1. Order Processing

All orders placed on the YAS online store are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Areas & Timeframes

Nairobi & Surrounding Areas

       Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days

       Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM (select areas only)

       Delivery fee: KSh 300 – KSh 500

Nationwide (Kenya)

       Delivery Timeframe: 3–5 business days

       Delivery fee: KSh 600 – KSh 1,200 depending on location

       Remote areas may take up to 7 business days

Free Delivery

Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above KSh 5,000 within Nairobi. Nationwide free delivery applies on orders above KSh 10,000.

3. Delivery Partners

YAS works with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our delivery partners include G4S, Sendy, and in-house delivery for Nairobi orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website or by contacting our support team via WhatsApp at +254 792 222 778.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier will make up to two (2) additional attempts. If delivery continues to fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be contacted to arrange re-delivery at an additional charge.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

YAS is not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 24 hours of receipt at support@yas.com.
